Key Bridge Rebuild Community Resource and Support Survey

We invite you to participate in our Community Resource and Support Survey! Your input is invaluable in helping us understand the needs and priorities of our community during the Key Bridge Rebuild project. This survey aims to gather insights on the availability, accessibility, and effectiveness of various resources and support services in our area.

The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete, and your responses will be kept confidential. Whether you've used community resources extensively or not at all, your feedback is crucial.

Thank you for your time!
